Eric Andrews, is the Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Realty World Carolina Properties, established in 2000.  This firm is one of the oldest in Chatham County and has been a top performer for decades. 

Eric Andrews is a Nationally Ranked Land Broker, a member of the Triangle's Top Producers, and a repeat winner of many National, Regional and Local Awards. He is also a NAR/Realtor Land Institute Land Instructor.  He is an Accredited Land Consultant and a NC Licensed Auctioneer.

Eric specializes in handling entitlement-contingency contracts, rezoning, and land development.  He has sold numerous acreage properties, farms and commercial properties in the Piedmont.  

Eric is constantly receiving more education and adding to his affiliations in all fields related to Real Estate. He feels that the more he knows, the more he can help his clients.  Eric has served as a local Commissioner of the Courts and as an expert witness, assisting in the matters of: Land Valuations, Petition for Partitions, Separation and Divorce, and Eminent Domain Hearings. 

In his spare time, he and Penni Stritter enjoy working on their farm and visiting Badin Lake and Emerald Isle.  They spend all the time they can with their four adult children. He is a member of the USAPL and has his own gym.
