Eric Andrews has been Broker-in-Charge since 1999.  His company Realty World Carolina Properties has been a sales leader for the last eight (9) years.  The firm has successfully closed over 1000 transactions totaling over $150 million in gross sales.  Due to this high volume this firm has been able to surround itself with competent, loyal professionals. Eric Andrews himself has two full-time Assistants. A Transaction Coordinator, Rachael Armstrong, and an Auction Manager, Brandi Pugh. Eric is an Accredited Land Consultant, one of the most difficult accreditations to obtain by the National Association of Realtors (He is 1 of 44 Accredited Land Consultants in NC). He is a licensed Auctioneer. Eric is a GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute). He is a member of: RLI (Realtors Land Institute), ULI (Urban Land Institute), APA (American Planning Association) RCA (Realtors Commercial Alliance), TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors), NAA (National Association of Auctioneers), AANC (Auctioneers Association of North Carolina), NCARPMD (North Carolina Association of Realtors Property Management Division). Eric is constantly receiving more education and adding to his affiliations in all fields related to Real Estate.
